Most people know we have moved from the "Industrial Age"​ to the "Connection Age"​ and therefore we all need to learn new business skills to succeed in the 21st century.I specialise in working with intelligent people from Professional and Financial Services that aspire to being effective, inspirational leaders who want to significantly impact the organisations they work in.The problem is that these professionals may have attended the top universities, earn high salaries and yet they are typically reluctant to admit that they lack certain skills to get to the next level. Such as engaging presentation skills, influencing people, and building profitable long term relationships (internally with staff, and externally with clients).What I do is help the best become better by adding substantial value and assisting them to develop those skills using my unique and eclectic blend of over fifteen years practical experience in all three sectors.As well as this, another important part of my life is Encouraging Entrepreneurship. One way I do this is by introducing the right people to a part-time business model that doesn't adversely affect what they currently do.
