Oversee all A/P & A/R aspects of the club along with being the primary point of contact for the tax accountant and outside auditor. Reconciliation of daily F&B sales and cash/check deposits. Provide reports and information as requested by the Finance and Planning committee while keeping the Treasurer up-to-date with our cash flow situation and future forecasting. Coordinate with department heads the proper implementation of internal controls for inventory and cash handling.Recently oversaw complete overhaul of club management and accounting software to new vendors.

Responsible for all AP/AR, payroll, and all other aspects of the day to day operations in support of the Ranch Manager.

Provided in-person and remote service as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper. Was responsible for processing all AP/AR and coordinating with the store manager on cash flow forecasting ensuring that the terms of all vendors were met as income allowed, and that labor did not exceed budgets. Processed payroll on a bi-weekly basis.

Handle day-to-day A/P & A/R transactions. Ensure proper compliance with the terms of all grant funding from NORAD (Norweigan Government) for this Environmental Non-Profit, including submitting annual financial reports and thorough sets of supporting documentation. Audited daily transactions from all parts of ski resort operations, served as evening MOD.

Provided scheduled maintenance according to the manufacturers specifications across a variety of charlift platforms and applications. These included 2 fixed-grip Poma's, 1 high-speed detachable grip Poma, & 4 high-speed detachable Dopplemayr chairlifts. Was also responsible for providing on-mountain snowmobile support for the visual inspection of chairlifts prior to opening, and as requested in support of Ski Patrol. Was also trained in the operation of modern Bombardier Snowcats as well as the older Thiokol Snowcats as both a groomer and transport operator.

Staffed and managed a crew of between 15 & 40 lift operators in conjuction with the mountain manager. Ensured proper staffing levels based on demand and transported the operators to their stations to ensure timely opening of the mountain on a daily basis. Updated all training materials as needed with input from all related departments.
