I am a results-oriented finance professional and entrepreneur with a strong academic background. As an Acquisition Associate at Mattamy Homes, I analyze greenfield and serviced lot acquisitions across the GTA, focusing on identifying and evaluating low-rise development opportunities. To date, I’ve developed purchase structures and modeled development plans for 11 acquisitions, representing a total purchase value of $1.2 billion.In my role as a Financial Analyst at Progress Group, I specialized in various areas, including business development, CFO advisory, fundraising, acquisitions, and real estate private equity. Notably, I successfully raised private and institutional funding for our clients, and I extend this expertise to support local charities and non-profit organizations as part of my commitment to giving back to the community.Throughout my Honours B. Comm at McMaster University, I demonstrated exceptional performance in the case method, achieving podium finishes in eight out of nine case competitions. This achievement inspired the creation of CaseStudyU.ca, where I published an innovative framework for solving complex business case studies.
