Client Solution Specialist
Current• Manage, support, and administer the preparation, configuration, loading, and testing of products for sale across all client systems including our mobile responsive ticketing stores.• Onboard new clients, including requirement gathering, monitoring of development progress, user and product set up, and system training.• Maintain open communication with clients for troubleshooting and configuration assistance• Liaison between client needs and development progress, particularly for the new features of mobile stores.• Utilize MySQL database and internal applications to support client needs, customized reports and test new functionality.• Document Business Requirements, Use Cases, and Software enhancements for internal publications and client training.
