Before HBS, I was a manager on the Customer Marketing Analytics team at Inspire Brands supporting marketing and loyalty initiatives across all of our brands. Prior to this role, I worked on the Operations & GX Analytics team implementing our Inspire-wide guest experience program with Qualtrics. Before Inspire, I worked as a data & analytics consultant at Capgemini. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a MS in Business Analytics and a BBA in Economics/International Business with a minor in Spanish.
