Designed and developed Remix, a cross-platform consumer app for iOS, iPadOS, and visionOS. Instituted internal processes and structured team organization for an emerging startup, incorporating Agile and Scrum methodologies. Provided personalized management to key contributors, promoting their professional growth. Developed a GPU-based swatch recoloring system and a server-based geometry engine for real-time asset optimization. Established and managed Swatchbook UK Ltd, setting up payroll, employee contracts, and overseeing daily operations.

Served as lead architect for the design business unit, providing technical guidance and architectural direction for Modo and Colorway products. Trained and guided internal engineering teams and external developers, collaborating with enterprise stakeholders such as Nike, New Balance, and Adidas. Designed and implemented key features for Modo, including performance enhancements for surface generation and geometry processing. Developed an engineering strategy to address long-term technical debt while delivering feature-rich releases. Presented technical updates on Colorway and Colorway Creator development to the Foundry executive team at quarterly business reviews.
