Starting with just one clinic and one employee, Matt mastered every aspect of business operations. While sales came naturally to him, he also learned how to manage staff, buy and sell locations, greenfield new clinics, develop advertising and marketing strategies, handle data entry in QuickBooks, and process payroll. In 2020, after successfully negotiating the sale of his multi-location hearing aid business, Matt sought a new passion. Drawing on his extensive experience and having consulted with business owners across various industries, he recognized the challenges of preparing his own business for sale. This inspired him to start a new venture aimed at helping business owners achieve success.
