When people ask me, "Hey, Matt - what is it that you do, exactly?", my response is often a variation of describing how I write, manage, and lead an effort to document the complexities of a product for readers to easily understand. In reality, what I really do - and strive to do every day - is help people. Professionally, I am fortunate enough to be able to help people through writing easy to understand technical content and developing digital media to compliment it. I believe - and I've seen - that quality instructional or technical material, regardless of the format, can help reduce ambiguity across the board for all organizations, big or small. My skills (soft and hard), work ethic, and experience have helped me help others in this manner.
