As the Vice President of Investor Relations & Development, I worked closely with the 150+ corporate and economic development investors to ensure they were engaged with the key regional initiatives (transportation, workforce development, keeping the Tampa Bay Rays in the region, and effectively marketing the Tampa Bay region as a top business destination). * Worked very closely with C-level executives from the leading companies and organizations across the Tampa Bay Region. I also directed our leadership programs... including our CEO Direct program and Regional Leadership Speakers Series.* Directed development efforts at the Partnership. In this capacity, I led efforts to attract and retain investors. During my time at the Partnership, new revenue increased by over 65% and a record number of new investors were added.

Lansing, Michigan Area

* Partnered with CEO to orchestrate overhaul of system policies, strategy and organizational structure- resulting in record revenue numbers despite challenging economy and housing market.* Executed a new process for evaluating struggling franchises, leading to either improvement or non-renewal of agreements. The net result was revenue increase of over 50% at these locations. * Directed efforts across departments, ensuring that top system priorities were clearly communicated and implemented.

Lansing, Michigan Area

* Led implementation of test market program allowing franchisees to operate multiple franchises from a single office location, resulting in rapid franchise growth. * Restructured franchise support, moving from compliance-based model to consulting model focused on revenue growth- leading to system revenues increasing over 150% from 2000 to 2008. * Directed process that led to legislation overhauling Michigan’s moving industry regulations.
