Responsibilities:• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Sales Engineers at Leapwork, providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to drive their professional growth and enable their success in delivering exceptional pre-sales support.• Pre-Sales Excellence: Drive the delivery of high-quality pre-sales support at Leapwork, ensuring that our Sales Engineers effectively demonstrate the value and benefits of our no-code automation platform through product demonstrations, solution design, and technical presentations using Command of the Message and MEDDPICC• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers at Leapwork, serving as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, technical decision-makers, and influencers. Collaborate with the team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical challenges throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer success. • Sales Enablement: Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and programs to equip our sales team with the necessary technical knowledge, tools, and resources. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's understanding and positioning skills for our no-code automation platform.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to CS, leading to high customer satisfaction and successful outcomes. • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise sales engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
