Responsible for day-to-day management of EB5 Global activities, including project feasibility analysis, development team coordination, investor relations, marketing, and development oversight.

As Senior VP of Development, Matt is responsible for identifying, planning, and executing real estate development projects using EB-5 financing. Since joining EB5 Global in late 2013, Matt has sourced nearly $125 million in EB-5 capital and closed nearly $500 million in financing for projects in San Francisco, Portland, and New York City. Matt is adept at identifying market opportunities, structuring real estate transactions, partnering with local jurisdictions, and overseeing the entire development process, from site acquisition through entitlement, design, construction and operations.

As President and Founder of Loci, Matt provided urban design, planning, and real estate development services to public and private sector clients, with a focus on creating vital, mixed-use urban communities. As a Project Manager with the City of Portland's Office of Transportation, Matt oversaw a number of the City's most complex and critical transportation projects, including oversight of the planning and development of the Portland Aerial Tram and South Waterfront transportation and infrastructure improvements.
