• Dealing with user's requests via chat and emails providing first time resolution for any of their queries. (KYC, Deposits & Withdrawals transactions, Poker Fraud and Chargebacks)• Look out for any potential AML trigger that might be found (third party financial methods) (unusual financial methods used, declined payments) and make sure they are escalated to the relevant department• Taking care of multiple user request at the same time• Fully trained on brand products and relative internal procedures• Helping the Team Leader on reviewing monthly quality monitors and other various tasks mainly using Excel.• Reviewing and monitoring the user's account on a daily basis, spotting unusual betting patterns, fraudulent activity and multiple accounts proactively letting the relevant department know. • Coach and mentor new starters or less experienced agents along with the Central Training Team.• Supporting other label partners (Ladbrokes & Coral)
