Head of Legal Department in the relationship with all Italian Corporate Functions, focusing on Compliance, Operations, Regulatory and Ethics (CORE) legal operations. Partnering with all Corporate Functions and their Leaderships, with the Italian business and global Legal CORE teams (such as Data Privacy, Offerings, Ethics and Compliance, Entity Matters, or Employment Law). In particular: Legal assistance to all Corporate Functions (ie, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, HR, Corporate Citizenship, Workplace Solutions, etc.) providing day-to-day support on different matters such as commercial supplies, advertising, marketing activities, protection of IP rights, real estate deals, creation of events, regulated markets, etc. Reviewing, negotiating and drafting of the General Conditions, contracts and subcontracts related to deals promoted by said Corporate Functions (e.g., IT agreements, licensing, supply chain, distributions, purchase of products/services, sponsorship, advertising. partnership, co-marketing, framework agreements, etc.). Negotiation of such general conditions, contracts and subcontracts with the counterparts. Reviewing, drafting, develop and support internal policies and training programs relating to procurement compliance, data privacy and GDPR, Anti-corruption courses, etc.. Legal assistance on Global Projects related to CORE matters. Monitor any legal risks and report on a regular basis to the top management if serious issues arise.  Manage operationally the distribution of issues/topics, operations, contracts, IP protection, data privacy protection, disputes with suppliers.  Renewal and maintenance of all Accenture licenses. Select local external law firms needed for the defense of the Company's interests. Negotiate the fees agreement with the external law firms and perform follow-up including a reporting to the top management. Management and coordination of a team.My role includes also Country Legal Lead for Balkans countries.

- Legal assistance in national and international projects/transactions (i.e., global projects, acquisitions, mergers, de-merges, outsourcing, out-of-court settlements, data privacy, etc.).- Contracting (supply chain, distributions, purchase of products/services from Telecom Italia, sponsorship, advertising, contents' use and protection for mobile services as music, games, logos, etc.). - Legal assistance on corporate administration (Boards of Directors, General Shareholders’ Meetings, application to the Register of Enterprises, etc.);

- Negotiation, analysis and drafting of several agreements (share purchase agreement, agency, franchising, factoring, distribution, sponsorship, tenancy, licensing, etc.).- Legal assistance in procedure of acquisitions (direct contact with the client and the counterparty, negotiation between the parties involved, drafting of the related agreements, submission of the offer, data room management, due diligence coordinator, etc.).- Legal assistance in procedures regarding merger, de-mergers, conversion, contribution and winding-up of companies.- Legal assistance in relation to the Italian legislation on personal data protection set forth by Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003.- Legal assistance in procedures of companies’ incorporation and related activities (i.e., application for the registration of the name and/or the trademark).- Drafting of legal opinions regarding corporate matters.- General corporate legal assistance (regular management of the company, Boards of Directors, General Shareholders’ Meetings, application to the Register of Enterprises, etc.)
