Ensure compliance with the quality standards required by the customer for the Paruzzaro plant (Tier 1 automotive supplier), reporting the results to the Plant Manager and the Corporate Quality Director, coordinating the quality team in carrying out the following activities:- Laboratory: measurements, calibrations, diagnoses, qualification tests- Quality reception: statistical control of incoming goods, management of complaints to suppliers, audit of suppliers- Product quality: production control- Quality assurance: maintenance of the quality system, management of customer complaints, audit (internal, customer and third party)Main KPIs of the role: non-quality costs, number of customer complaints, PPM rejection

Reporting to the Plant Quality Manager, management and supervision of the activities of the following departments:- Laboratory: measurements, calibrations, diagnosis, qualification tests - Quality reception: check of incoming goods, complaints to suppliers - Product quality: production control

Management and realization of all the activities related to the laboratory including:- Dimensional controls and test realization for manufacturing units and product development - Incoming material check (plastic granules, paint, ink)- Realization of self-qualification tests according to customer standards FCA- Management and calibration of instrumentation- Use of various instrumentation such as CMM, climatic chamber, MFI, Couloscope, spectrophotometer, etc.- Purchase of new equipment and annual budget drafting- Implementation of laboratory procedures- Second level diagnosis regarding customer / supplier complaints - Visit and support at customer / supplier plants

- Responsible for the management and operation of control systems- Image analysis systems expert (NeuroCheck / Asentics / DVChecker / Cognex) for quality control in production- Product related proprietary control systems expert such as size detection, force / displacement control, noise check- Responsible for the execution of machine testing capabilities, process, statistical analysis and measuring instruments capabilities according to MSA / VDA5- Responsible for the development of new measurement systems in collaboration with Industrial Engineering department

- Execution of plausibility tests on the equipments and any calibrations- Organisation of the measurement tasks required by the various departments according to priorities- Use of equipment for quality control in production- Creating master reference for calibration in production and insertion into the system (Host MIPS / SAP)- Regular check of the reference master at the expiration of the control cycle - Support to the quality incoming goods department- Responsible for order and cleanliness of the measuring room
