Trained manager and technical director with experience in organizational leadership and team development, trained soft-skills, strongly interested in strategy and innovation, experience in project management and agile methods applied to hardware development, conflict management, cognitive technologies, product and service technologies, risk and resilience, corporate finance, macroeconomics, business and marketing.Prior to my current position, I gained several years of experience as Team Leader in the R&D department of Magnetics in the NMR/MRI sector and 15+ years of laboratory and simulation experience in applied cryogenics, magnetism and applied superconductivity.Strong knowledge of materials, cryogenics and mechanical engineering.Specialty skills: Low and High Temperature Superconducting Wires and Magnets, including MgB2, NbTi, Nb3Sn, and HTS BSCCO and ReBCO. Electromechanical properties and quench propagation for their use in superconducting coils in very high field magnets.Enthusiastic investigator and consultant in the sector of space propulsion technology.
