Following the position in Webasto Product Italy SPA, I was part of the RV International team of Webasto AG with the responsibility to manage globally and centrally Italian/Spanish OEMs all over Europe.Also responsible for the National RV Business segment with the management and development of the direct OEM Business and improve the AfterMarket Business through a network of Agent and Distributors.Active participation in the most important RV Trade show

Started as Internal sales I took the opportunity to manage the RV segment.In my responsibility was the full management and development of the OEM and Aftermarket RV business segment with the introduction in the Italian market of a new Hi Technology product - Fuel Cell Generator - produced by another German company.Team coordinator for the Sales - Technical - Marketing activities related to the segmentActive partecipation in the most important European RV Trade show

Main responsibility was tech support to end user and direct sales partner with also a small part of product development (design and software) in collaboration with the system suppliers (Boat Navigation system).During this period I was also moved to tech sales position supporting our Sales manager with the market development.Active partecipation in the most important National Nautical Trade show
