Master of Science degree in Architecture and Urban Planning of Politecnico di Torino (Italy). Since 1999 he developed an extended experience in transport and town planning working for public authorities (Municipality of Gothenburg, Sweden, Municipality of Turin and Regional Transport department, Italy), private bodies (transport and infrastructures department of the Olympic Committee Torino 2006) and research institutions. Since July 2006 he has been working at SiTI, the Higher Institute on Territorial Systems for Innovation, as project manager, coordinating researches and projects in strategic and urban planning and development, focusing on town planning aspects, assessment and definition of urban development scenarios, relationship between urban-periurban areas, impact of urban and transport policies on population's health. Furthermore, he gained relevant international experience thanks to the involvement in several European funded projects and networks on urban transformations and brownfield regeneration in urban areas through the implementation of spatial Decision Support Systems for public authorities to be used in planning processes. Since october 2021 he has held the role of councilor of the District 8 of the City of Torino.
