Everyone focuses on the physical aspect of a healthy lifestyle but lack the mentality and education about nutrition to excel them to a whole new level. MPN^2 is geared more towards athletes of all ages and levels but does not discriminate against adults or even young people looking to lose weight, gain muscle and develop themselves physically, mentally and spiritually. I have a lot of experience with different sports and positions, which provides me with a competitive edge on other businesses who have never played the sport they are training their athletes for. An MPN program is made specifically for that person's specific needs and goals and also provides an online platform to look at if someone is unable to come to the gym. MPN's main goal is to guide people to become their best overall self.
