Strategic Business Development Team Lead
Current• Work with a wide variety of owners, operations and marketing personnel, and employees of self storage facilities(1-100+ facilities) to improve their facilities across the board (ROI, Cap Rates, Operational Efficiencies, etc)through the use of our technology.• Identify and connect with strategic brands nationwide that will continually push our platform and the rest of the industry forward from a technology standpoint. • Guest speak, host round table discussions, and present materials at national trade shows and state conferences that promote our products while educating owners and their employees on industry related technologies.• Keep up on latest industry trends/developments and provide feedback to various internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams)• Active(currently and in the past) in numerous industry organizations within the self storage industry (Young Leaders Group Senator, SSA Vendor Committee, YLG Communications Committee)• Work with other self storage vendors and service providers to help form strategic partnerships and relationships that benefit our platform and our clients.• Help in fulfilling the daily customer service needs of our current clients using our storEDGE management and marketing suite platforms.• Train new employees on the business development team while overseeing the continually improvement and development of current team members.• Assist other business development team members in product demonstrations and contract negotiations/discussions.
