As part of a team, I deploy and manage the data acquisition systems that collect the on-board video, telemetry, team radio and timing data from the Formula 1 cars, and distribute the data to the broadcast, race teams, timing and FIA. I deploy, and manage RF communication links, timing loops, and sensors at race circuits worldwide, while testing and troubleshooting systems for optimal performance. My role demands meticulous attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work in diverse global settings.

The TTZero class was introduced to the Isle of Man TT in 2010, with the aim of completing one lap of the 37.7mile Mountain Circuit using a motorcycle that produced zero emissions. Brunel University’s motorsport team, Brunel Racing, aim to design, build and optimise a pure electric racing motorbike that is entered onto the TTZero event each summer. Brunel Racing are the only team to competed in every TTZero event since its conception in 2010.In 2018 I was fortunate enough to work with the Brunel Racing TTzero team as the team coordinator. I was responsible for logging changes to the motorcycle before and after race events as well collecting race data from the on-board data logging equipment. Other responsibilities included designing and ordering the team clothing, updating the Brunel Racing website with current information.

Brunel Masters Motorsport (BMM) compete in the IMechE Formula Student Class 2 event each year. In 2018 the team achieved joint 5th in the design event of the competition. I was a member of the powertrain design team and was responsible for the transmission design and engine mapping.As well as working on the Powertrain Design, I took up the role of Public Relations Manager. I was responsible for contacting and meeting with potential sponsors, organising funding from the university, designing and ordering them clothing and updating the team website and social media pages.
