Matthew Haase is a Cyber Security leader with experience assessing enterprise risk, leading incident response teams, vulnerability management, Data center management, and penetration tests. Current TS-SCI Clearance with polygraph.He built a career in the Air Force out of standing up new units to tackle the DoDs cyber shortfalls. In 2015 he was selected to be part of the re-activation of the 836 Cyberspace Operations squadrons were he lead the mission protection team. From there he was hired at the National Reconnaissance Office in 2018 to bring his expertise to help standup the new enterprise Mission Defense Teams to secure their critical space ground architecture from adversary tampering. That team was certified Full Operating Capability (FOC) in 2021. From there he was hand selected to be the first resident Space Force Cadre at Howard University to revitalize the program after 18 months of virtual instruction due to COVID-19.He has experience leading a mixture of contractors, civilians and military personnel. His current role is teaching communication skills, leadership principles, and team building fundamentals to 85 college students preparing to enter Active Duty as Second Lieutenants.
