PracticeFlute.com is a resource for music instruction through eBooks and instructional videos. The goal is to make great music instruction accessible to ALL students, regardless of financial or geographical limitations, through low-cost and free online tutorials and practice books.As owner of PracticeFlute, I'm responsible for curating meaningful resources and content creation of videos for both entertainment and education.

As the face of the brand in North America, I create useful content to engage and educate consumers while endorsing products.

I teach flute lessons, flute ensemble, woodwind ensemble, new music ensemble, and world music classes. I have a deep interest in collaboration with teachers and students in other departments for a cross-discipline approach to learning through the humanities.

I use my training, talents, and passion in music and the arts to promote growth of the Belleville campus. In this role as ambassador and instructor of arts and humanities, I will teach two music academic courses per term and encourage non-majors to become more involved in the arts offerings on campus and in the community. I will also offer support to and orchestrate collaboration with high school, college, and regional music, theater, dance, and arts organizations to synergistically promote the arts.

I use and train others to use tools developed by Dr. Edward deBono, including Lateral Thinking, Six Thinking Hats, and the Course in Creativity. These tools are designed to help people think more efficiently and effectively, organize those thoughts, and communicate thought with reduced conflict; they have outstanding, documented results with both individuals and organizations.My interests are most appropriate for team development, leadership development, strategic planning, research and development, and innovation in product and process. I am also interested in using these tools in educational administration as well as providing them as curriculum in school and college settings.
