- Design custom industrial spray nozzles using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD for specialized flow rate and spray pattern including interpreting customer specifications or requirements- Manage several existing product lines including processing orders and interfacing with production to fix nonconformance- Conduct studies to improve existing standard nozzle designs to improve performance or decrease cost of manufacture- Utilize both rapid prototype machines and machine shop to create prototypes and tooling for cast product- Design work completed in accordance with ISO9001 certification managed - Managed products with 3rd party certification approval (Factory Mutual, UL, Lloyd’s Register)- Familiarity with onsite (cast alloys, machined alloy/polymer) and outsourced (injection molded) production methods - Worked with specialty materials such as titanium and high alloys as well as ceramics including silicon carbide
