As an Administration and Client Implementation Agent at European Merchant Services I was responsible for implementing in-store and online payment solutions for newly signed merchants. An important part of this role consists of working together with merchants and various other internal (e.g. Sales Consultants, Implementation Managers) and external parties (e.g. Partners, PSP’s, terminal vendors) ensuring efficient and accurate implementations. During my time at European Merchant Services I also fulfilled a more commercial role processing leads (turnover <€1Million) originating from the ABN AMRO Bank. I was responsible for answering commercial questions, advising merchants on which payment solutions best fit their needs, drafting merchant contracts, communicating these agreements to the internal organization and finally monitoring the implementation process after the merchant had signed.
