Responsible for compliance and governance for a group of UK and oversees regulated financial services companies as part of the group executive committee. Working across the group I managed the compliance function, devised compliance plans, implemented risk and monitoring programmes, provided proactive solutions to compliance issues and provided strategic direction to the board.

I was responsible for leading the L&D function in a multi-site customer contact centre environmen, creating and delivering the company L&D strategy and managing the L&D and compliance teams.
