Leading a panel of colleagues from each of the six administrative areas, across the country, as well as technical support staff, from HQ. The Game Management System (GMS) is the game-wide database for Rugby Union in England. This committee helps to drive the usage of the system, across the country, in clubs, as well as recommending improvements to the system, and training programmes for staff.

Working as part of team across the country, growing the game of rugby union in England. Components of this include managing a team of staff, a budget, and working with a wide-range of volunteers. In recent times, I have been successful in growing the game of rugby union, in what is a challenging time for most sports, across the country. This has included winning recognition rewards for my work, as well as being ranked in the top 5% of performers in the organisation. I get great satisfaction from taking a partnership approach, working with the many other organisations I do. My ultimate satisfaction comes from working with a high number of dedicated volunteers; their passion is infectious. Being a volunteer myself, I fully-understand the fine balancing acts they often perform.I also work on a number of national projects, including the Game Management System, our game-wide database, CRM, and our Mitsubishi Motors Volunteer of the Year programme.
