Throughout my successful 17 year career, I have led over 25 highly complex business improvement initiatives with exceptional results, including delivering value or financial savings of over $10 million US dollars. Current position of responsibility is leading a Business Operations team of 20 people within global engine development facilities with over 500 people. A recent business improvement success includes developing strategically significant business and cost models for two engine test divisions in the UK and US, with combined revenues of over $150m per annum. I successfully completed study of an MBA from the internationally renowned Open University Business School in April 2014 at the same time as full time leadership of a business transformation programme.
