Building upon my previous experience with Square D and Siemens I am able to offer our customers a valuable and thoughtful perspective when making decisions about critical electrical infrastructure. Here at DVM Power my role primarily focuses on providing field support and leadership, sales/proposals, project management, etc. I look at my customers' problems as though they were my problems. It's this perspective more than my technical abilities that keeps our amazing customers happy and engaged. Day to day my functions are similar to my previous roles at Square D and Siemens. We at DVM Power specialize in resolving difficult power problems for our customers and their industrial, institutional, governmental, gaming, etc. campuses across North America. Having been described as a 'self-starter' and possessing a strong 'ownership mentality' long before they were catchphrases, I take great pride and responsibility in my work, and live by two main philosophies:1. Due unto others as you would have done unto you.2. God helps those who help themselves.

During my time with Siemens I was given the freedom to interact with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, product factory support personnel, distributors, and many other colleagues to help develop and grow our local service business. Initially, my main focus was the field-based technical aspect of our business. However, over the course of several years I was tasked with developing the sales and operational side of the business as well in order to continue achieving the business's goals safely and profitably. I'm quite proud of the progress we made in such a short amount of time given the limited resources afforded to us. By giving our customers the feeling that we treat their problems as if they were our problems, we were been able to substantially add to our business primarily through recommendations and referrals. I believe our greatest achievements were growing our business organically, training new team members to work independently in a safe & reliable manner, and fostering new relationships to benefit all those involved. Some projects we've had the greatest success with include LV and MV switchgear component retrofits, advanced LV and MV system troubleshooting, developing plans for customers to safely upgrade both their equipment as well as processes to maximize safety & reliability, and working with other business units and industries to accomplish project goals through cohesive teamwork.

At Square D / Schneider Electric Field Services I helped our customers with selecting / specifying, troubleshooting, repairing , maintaining, and tracking the electrical equipment they depend on daily. Some of the equipment I have in depth experience with includes all aspects of low and medium voltage equipment chiefly circuit breakers, air & oil transformers, PLC based auto-thrower systems, protective relays, medical line isolation monitor systems, LV variable frequency drives, LV power factor correction systems, and many other types of associated equipment.

Worked with customers in several industries both individually and with small crews performing various levels of electrical troubleshooting and service, from diagnosing small problems with simple components of diverse systems, to analyzing root causes of wider, more interlaced problems.

Planned, prepared, and executed commercial and industrial electrical projects with as many as 6 projects running simultaneously. Performed scheduling, estimating, bill of material generation, and material procurement for the entirety of these projects to accommodate the needs of each crew and keep them operating safely, efficiently, and in accordance with NEC codes and standards. Effectively, collaborated with owners, engineers, and other invested parties for satisfactory completion of complex design/build projects.
