Career FF/Paramedic for the Eureka Springs Fire Department. I am working on acquiring my Paramedic license with an expected completion date in 2021.

I was a full-time employee for the Holiday Island Fire Department from January 3rd, 2017 until January 9th, 2019. During my time as a full-time employee, I completed the Firefighter Standards academy through the Northwest Arkansas Metro Fire Chiefs Association regional academy, acquired my Driver/Operator, Instructor I, and Inspector I certificates. I climbed the ranks from FF/EMT to Lieutenant and then finally Captain. In the Fall of 2018, I started the patch program through the Arkansas Fire Training Academy for the Holiday Island Fire Department and surrounding departments. With my leaving for the Eureka Springs Fire Department in January of 2019, the program will continue on there. I remain on the Holiday Island Fire Department as a part-time/volunteer Captain.

Our department covers around a dozen county offices in which we support and maintain over 100+ computers, 10+ servers, and many more peripheral devices.The county offices we support:- Building Department- Planning & Zoning Department- Code Enforcement- Capital Improvements Project- Solid Waste- Senior Services- Parks & Recreation- Fire Rescue- Emergency Operations Complex- Road Department- Facilities Maintenance- Vehicle MaintenanceEach office is unique in the applications they use and support they require. Our department covers a wide spectrum of the Information Technology field. Some of which includes:- Desktop Support- Application Support- Network Support- Server Maintenance- Schedule and Maintain Backups- Virus Rescue- Data Recovery- Security

Working for Global Mapping Inc. I worked on two major projects during my employment. One was to redraw and maintain the parcel map for Suwannee, FL. The other was to work on the creation of features specific to the Loxahatchee sewer system, also located in Florida. Along with those projects came with me gaining the following experience.- Worked with Feature Layers, Personal and File Geodatabases- Worked in ArcMap 9 and 10- Worked in ArcCatalog
