Technical resource factory-wide for RFQ’s, machine shop, and metrology related challenges. Started in a strictly manufacturing environment before transitioning to a hybrid role of manufacturing and R&D. This transition allowed me to leverage my creative and critical thinking to support the development of new processes while continuing to support existing production. Through this, I can engage in fabrication and design work of new tooling and machinery to drive the factory’s progress and innovation forward.
