- Oversees Emergency Management Programs for Liberty Electric New Hampshire, Liberty Gas New Hampshire, and Liberty Gas Massachusetts
- Developed Incident Command System checklists for emergency response roles within Gas and Electric Operations
- Facilitates emergency response activities when Incident Command is activated for both Gas and Electric incidents
- Conducts training and exercises to improve response to customer outages and interruptions, including but not limited to assigning emergency response roles, documenting lessons learned, and implementing industry best.
