• Secure prizing and oversee planning of weekly station contesting plan in conjunction with Sales, Digital, and Programming• Event Production: Assist with creation, coordination and execution of Major Station events and Promotions i.e. Circle of Sisters, Summer Jam• Develop and execute community relations partnerships for the WBLS team to ensure the brands are being maximized.• Work with WBLS brand team to execute concert, lifestyle and digital promotions• Assist Marketing Director in budget planning and annual strategic planning for following Fiscal Year• Oversee execution of station brand campaigns in coordination with Digital, Video, Programming, and Sales• Work with AE’s to make sure all creative is in house and the visions for the campaigns are executed effectively.• Draft Letters of Agreement/contracts, contest rules and regulations for all Promotional Campaigns including but not limited to Game of Chance Registration and Bonding• Communicate and coordinate production and approval timelines to all internal and external constituents• Identify, source and price WBLS sales promotion premiums and signage• Communicate with Marketing, Programming, Digital and Sales on any copy needs, themes• Additional Duties assigned as needed by the Marketing Director and Management Team as need.
