My responsibilities include, Network and Server Management, Web Development, SQL Database Admin, Business Intelligence, Sage ERP X3 maintenance, modification, security and training. Help desk and computer repair. When I started at BCS they had one server with 5 clients connected and four separate peer to peer networks, each with there own WAMP servers running on client Windows XP computers and an ERP that was choking on their volume of business. BCS prides itself on delivering excellent customer service, and I soon learned why my predecessors had such a jumbled collection of networks, the customer needed it. If the ERP couldn't handle it, you built it, and sometimes it went into production while you were still writing code. The end result has always been the same, a happy customer. I now have all the clients under the same domain. Combined the various WAMP servers into one integrated IIS Web Server. This allows me to be more agile when the customer requests something outside of our normal day to day operations. Using .NET applications I am able to share and report data. We have grown to seven servers, and many more clients machines and a fully operational backup site for disaster recovery. When it came time to upgrade our ERP I recommended Sage X3 ERP. Worked with our software partner in training and implementation. Since then I have rolled out a new web site, I have added on various segments to the website and the intranet for the customer. I have taken more over our day to day processes into X3, modifying X3 to suit our needs along the way. Trained users and lead project developments and implementation.

Help desk field technician, responsibilities included: troubleshooting and repairing computers, tablet, iPods, iPads, projectors, ELMOs, peripherals, Macs, printers, VOIP phones, wireless networks, cabled networks, and on one particularly interesting day a TV camera. We operated under the basic philosophy that if it used electricity we could fix, if it didn't, we would try.

Implemented Epicor Vantage ERP. Business Intelligence reports for multiple departments.Worked with a team to develop process flows. Trained various departments in the new ERP system.
