Since joining the team in 2015, Matthew has worked with over 11 clients to deliver more than 20 projects including three summative Assessments. Matthew specialises in information gathering, analysis, collation and dynamic presentation of data. He relish’s projects where intensive data and information is required to inform outcomes, having the ability to quickly analyse large amounts and data, identify gaps and check for compliance. In terms of Summative Assessment, Matthew provides the team with particular strengths in project and policy research, helping inform outcomes. His role also includes survey design and management. Where needed and with the lack of significant data present on Management Information Systems, Matthew has the experience and ability to extract information directly from project paperwork and construct bespoke data-bases around project requirements. His systematic approaches to tasks of this nature turn what would-be time-consuming processes into quick and informative results. In relation to ERDF and public sector programmes, Matthew has a deep understanding of compliance, policy, drafting and development of outline/full applications and programme evaluation. This includes supporting the team to secure £72m of funding for a new Super Regional ERDF programme. Recently, Matthew has undertaken work on underperforming projects that require acquisition and direct engagement of potential SME ERDF project beneficiaries. He has the abilities to not only engage with potential clients but also identify/understand problems and opportunities and also quickly create and iteratively develop sales collateral to use in the acquisition process.

KPI Management:As the Future Business manger I had to develop and execute campaigns to encourage customers to deposit towards new titles and hardware. This was achieved by monitoring of individual (including management) performance and coaching where needed. I maintaining an extremely high levels of performance from myself and my team, consistently hitting KPI's and exceeding company expectations. On a regional level we would consistently be in the top five out of 18 stores and often appear in the top 20 national stores. We came first in the company 2013 for launch day sales of Disney Infinity beating our next closest competitor (Blue Water Shopping Center) by .1%. This was down to the campaign I had developed and executed around this product creating awareness.I created a unique system whereby I could monitor each individuals performance based on a weekly sales report. This data would then give me the ability to both praise those who had excelled in a particular area, making them champions or help and assist those who needed it. Having digested information from various sources, I would also create a monthly PDF document which would focus on four different pre-release products. This would then be distributed to staff who would then be expected to fill out a quiz on their next shift. Regional Event Manager:Assisting the Regional and District Manager create and execute bespoke events to run in 18 stores at little or no cost to stimulate and promote pre-release titles. These events would be promoted primarily on social media, and then run by the individual store teams. I created a clear document for each event outlining how to, expectations and deliverables. Success was then measured on how many extra pre-release deposits each store had taken.
