As part of a high performing team in a micro SME, my role spans a number of disciplines. Responsible for securing new commercial contracts and delivering customer success by focussing on retention, contract enhancement, experience, acquisition through advocacy and ensuring success - 90% of our income is generated by repeat or retained business. In delivery, I design creative solutions to challenging problems with a people-centred approach. I've designed and secured multi-million pound projects for a range of public and private sector organisations including Local Authorities, Government Departments and major blue chip corporations. A key part of my work over the past 15 years has been creative problem solving, where I have applied innovation practices to overcome significant barriers to success. Highly experienced in ideation techniques, I have helped underperforming projects to achieve contracted KPIs and excel in delivery. More recently, I have specialised in understanding and measuring impact and using the results to influence the way our clients think about every aspect of a service to ensure it meets the needs of the end beneficiary. I have acted as senior consultant on over 100 different projects - with a focus on delighting customers. Every engagement begins in the same way, with the question "What does good look like?", because regardless of the specification there is a human element to everything that is important to understand.
