• Manage all aspects of treasury including cash operation activities, debt management, accounting, and bank relationships• Assemble weekly cash flow forecasting and reporting• Communicate with accounts payable and accounts receivable on processes to increase cash flow and minimize overdue accounts• Ensure company liability exposure is minimized thru all business activities• Collaborate with sales on contract pricing, contract review, and contract execution• Provide monthly financial reporting to shareholders

* Provide day-to-day supervision and support to hauling site staff and drivers.* Oversee site personnel needs including coaching, training, and evaluating employee performance.* Provide input into hiring, termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.* Organize and schedule all necessary resources required to accomplish activities, including monitoring driver time and coordinating daily operational needs with maintenance team.* Manage the end-of-day check-in process, capturing and communicating key service, safety, and equipment issues.* Participate in regular P&L review to ensure that budgets are met, develops and implements programs for optimal equipment utilization, equipment maintenance, and labor and material costs.* Review weekly demand/ volume for routes, determines potential gains from re-routing, and recommends re- routes to the routing specialist.* Set and monitor productivity, service, and safety targets for each route and driver by collecting accurate data and reporting various incentive pay programs.* Ensure that drivers comply with physicals, drug and alcohol tests, and training required by regulatory agencies. Documents and maintains records required by regulatory agencies such as the Department of Transportation and OSHA.* Conduct Root Cause investigations for all injuries and incidents ensuing consistent discipline and retraining.* Maintain open communication with other departments and leadership to ensure fluid and effective operations.* Visits customer sites to evaluate and resolve safety issues, seeking service alternatives where appropriate. * Ensure set- up errors and missed pick-ups are reported and resolved* Ensure adherence to facility best practices and processes by conducting regular auditing. * Ensure the monthly facility inspection is completed and that the site remains compliant.* Determine training needs and provide training to new and/or lesser experienced employees.

• Manage the day to day operations of the district ensuring quality and budget performance which entails monitoring the P&L statement and operating metrics while improving processes, procedures, and performance• Execute the Market Area’s strategic capital budget, ensuring effective use of the budget through asset allocation; ensures appropriate spare ratios and asset disposal • Execute necessary precautions to ensure safety and compliance with company, OSHA, and other standards and regulations • Formulate short-term and long-term goals and action plans in conjunction with the Director of Operations, Route Managers, Operation Supervisors, and Drivers. • Collaborate with the landfill on property to internalize volume and grow volume • Collaborate with the Sales team to drive profitable growth • In March 2015 was faced with the challenge of the acquisition of Deffenbaugh Industries, which entailed adding 9 commercial routes, 6 roll off, and 2 rear load routes.
