I'm a qualified, EMCC accredited Coach/Mentor at Practitioner Level with over 20 years senior management experience in local government. As well as experience of coaching and mentoring people in the public sector, I have used a coaching approach to support founders/leaders of Community Interest Companies with their business planning. I am joint volunteer co-ordinator for the EMCC Norfolk Network, helping to organise events (in-person and virtual) for coaches and mentors based in the county.I am also an Environment Agency appointee to the Regional Flood and Coastal Committee (Anglian Eastern) and I chair its Engagement Sub-Group. You will also find me at the Sainsbury Centre, Museum and Art Gallery at the University of East Anglia, offering tours of the art and artefacts in the wonderful Sainsbury Collection (from the modern art of Epstein, Bacon and Frink to the artefacts of the Tlatilco culture in Mexico and the indigenous people of the Aleutian Islands).
