A split LOD1&2 role, leading 20 staff across the Corporate Credit Risk, SME Credit Risk and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) teams. Providing LOD2 oversight for Asset, Insurance and Treasury Risk for a diverse fleet of >180,000 leased vehicles, with customers ranging from private individuals, government organisations and complex limited companies. Responsible for ensuring robust controls within financial risk processes and adherence to both LeasePlan Corporation and UK regulatory policies including FCA, Joint Money Laundering Steering Group (JMLSG) and Consumer Credit Act 1974.
