Senior enlisted adviser for the INSCOM Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) Battalion. o Established new 1,000 personnel organization for the Department of the Army which enhanced the Army’s capability to process intelligence and reduced the time needed to disseminate reports by 50%.o Advised and mentored senior staff members to develop and mature HR and manning processes to grow the organization from 200 to 1,000 personnel within a year.o Increased staffing by 75% by identifying unfilled billets and collaborating with executive stake-holders to enable fills.o Instituted comprehensive performance evaluation program to provide individualized feedback and Individual Development Plans.o Designed a council to solicit feedback on ineffective practices within the organization which increased operational excellence.o Enabled worldwide expeditionary and remote processing, exploitation, and dissemination of aerial collected intelligence by ensuring compliance of all deployment requirements throughout 600 personnel organization.

Served as the Operations Sergeant Major for a Theater Intelligence Brigade (TIB)o Facilitated and advised the staff through the military decision making process (MDMP) to plan and execute all brigade theater level operations, exercises, and contingency support by providing multi-disciplined intelligence support to both United States Army Europe (USAREUR) and the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). o Synchronized training and operational requirements to allow the organization to simultaneously sustain operations in 14 countries throughout Europe.o Developed annual training plans to ensure the organization was in compliance with all published army guidance and policies.

Serves as the senior and enlisted leader for the combined-joint intelligence warfighting function throughout the Army’s Regional Command South located in Kandahar, Afghanistan. o Manages all Department of Defense manning requirements, including Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Airmen, and DoD civilians. o Oversees the hiring of and movement in and out of Afghanistan of over 800 contracted linguist and intelligence support personnel. o Configured intelligence systems in a split-based method to reduce deployed soldier numbers while still optimizing intelligence output. This method was adopted across the Army as a best practice.o Intervened immediately to prevent a sexual harassment situation which demonstrated the organization’s resolve to protecting its employees. o Saved $10,000,000 by reducing the number of intelligence analysts from 800 to 400 while maintaining the same level of output.

Serves as the senior intelligence sergeant for the 4th Infantry Division intelligence analysis and control organization. o Managed the collaborative effort of the Signals Intelligence section, Geospatial Intelligence section, Indications and Warnings section, three distinct targeting sections, and the intelligence fusion section to ensure unity of effort. o Supervised, contributed, and quality controlled the daily analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence to the United States, its Allies, and host nation intelligence enterprises. o Coordinated all training, operations and security activities associated with the deployment of 365 Soldiers to collect and analyze intelligence in Afghanistan. o Maintained and accounted for intelligence systems valued at $85,000,000.

Served as the First Sergeant for a Military Intelligence Aerial Exploitation Company.o Managed and coordinated constant deployments to enable the organization to maintain an enduring presence in both Afghanistan and Germany.o Managed the human resource, training, logistics, maintenance, transportation, billeting, resource management, and security for 140 military personnel.o Led all planning and risk assessment for a multitude of training events.o Maintained and accounted for over $300 million in intelligence systems, aircraft, and associated equipment dispersed across three continents.

In May 2003, I trained as a Common Ground Station Operator in the Military Intelligence field. From May 2003 to December 2007, I served as Common Ground Station NCOIC, Senior Intelligence Sergeant, and Platoon Sergeant.

I have served in several duty positions throughout my infantry career; consisting of Heavy Weapons Gunner, Team Leader, and Operations Sergeant.
