During this time outside of the practical I.C.T that I learn't during my apprenticeship I also learn't a lot of managed service skills and began excelling in the role.

The duration of this apprenticeship was a year and during this time I achieved a certification for ITIL level 3 and learn't a lot of new essential skills In ICT. Whilst I completed my apprenticeship with JBC I also had peer to peer training in customer services at PCMS learning there expectations and the in's and outs of the job. After doing some training I was the doing the role solely until the completion of my apprenticeship.
