I began my management career after College moving quickly through the ranks within the Mortgage Industry into line level management, Director, AVP of Sales, VP of Operations, then to Chief Operations Officer. The mortgage industry went through a major overhaul during the recession where I transitioned into Automotive where I managed the Custody Department, Title Department and Records at Westlake Financial Services, and then to DealerSocket where I worked my way up to Senior Manager of Data Services for our Support Analyst Team and Implementation in the US, Costa Rica and India for DealerSocket CRM, Inventory+, DealerFire and iDMS. I have been working remote for 8 years which gave me great experience to manage remote employees during the Pandemic.
