Currently a Pre Delivery and RACQ external service provider manager. My daily duties consist of scheduling work load between the accessory fitters and detailing, costing and receipting jobs for work carried out. Managing stock levels of supplies, monitor and order as required. Communicating to the team on what our day/week work load is looking like. Communicating with external suppliers to meet deadline expectation, sales team, stock controller and service departments. Preparing rosters and accommodating shift changes, communication with RACQ regarding this, feedback, dispatch and the area manager. Goes over what is expected to keep everything on schedule to meet customer/member expectations. I have strong Microsoft experience, tech savvy and always willing to learn more to benefit my position in a company.
