I have seven plus years working in customer service and sales. That experience has ingrained in me the importance of accuracy and attention to detail. Working in positions where answering nearly one hundred phone calls a day is not uncommon, clarity and knowledge of accommodations/products is important. In a fast-paced business, good communication is essential. I have demonstrated throughout my career, my ability to communicate clearly with guests, customers and co-workers - often in situations where multi-tasking is essential.I have strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel and have learned and operated numerous Point of Sale and Property Management Software programs. I have been working consistently with Microsoft and Apple products for over a decade. In all my interactions, both personal and professional, mindfulness is my first priority. Being mindful of each individual and your shared context can bring clarity to a situation and help each side achieve their shared goals. I learned a lot about this in a work/study/practice program that I attended for five months in 2015, at the Tassajara Zen Center in California.I have recently transitioned to working with Children, and am currently working with John Muir Elementary School, part of the Portage Community School District in Wisconsin. As I move forward with my career, I am interested in both educating our youth in Wisconsin and have continued interest in hospitality, sales and customer service. Always looking to grow as an individual and a professional, I am open to any number of pathways to success and development.
