Hello, I’m Matthew, I am the owner of Ninja_Coffee and I’m very excited to introduce Ninja_Coffee, an idea to make coffee mobile, turned into a reality. I started Ninja_Coffee in February 2018 after seeing a great injustice for coffee lovers at events organised, because traditionally coffee has been served from catering vans. I wanted to bring something different, some worth remembering, tasting and enjoying. Born with that idea, I purchased a SmartCar which had a previous life of producing coffee at corporate events.I wanted to exploit this idea and change the car, so that it was eye catching, quirky and loved and today I sit with loyal customers at local Farmers Markets enjoying coffee made from Whole Bean to cup.
