Supervise team of 5 routers and backhaul coordinator. Responsible for assisting in re-routes, RFPs, and addressing customer delivery opportunities as they pertain to routing. Over-see day to day routing using Roadnet, verifying driver hours and delivery times using Telogis and order placement and adjustments using SAP. Work closely with transportation and warehouse operations to ensure continuous workflow while optimizing route efficiency and ultimately hitting goals - including cases per dispatch, total miles, and budget goals.

Responsible for trip cost and time optimization and management of receiving customer orders to en-sure constant work flow and efficiency. Responsible for ensuring customer orders are properly fulfilled and completed by utilizing both static and dynamic routing techniques using Roadnet. Responsible for exceeding customer expectations while continuously keeping current with New York State and Federal traffic and safety laws. Often utilized an analytical approach in providing solutions for common workplace inefficiencies.

Responsible for assembling all necessary driver tools prior to dispatch to ensure on-time and prompt dispatch. Handled any on-road or on-site issues experienced by drivers or customers. Worked as company interface for customers and worked to ensure prompt resolve of any issues. Worked directly with management to ensure complete customer and employee satisfaction.
