I started with Pike digitizing field work and creating construction plots before moving to the Work Request Interface team, working on back-end maintenance of the CAD power grid and subdivision design for Duke Energy. Shortly after moving to this team I was the second most senior member and was chosen train over a dozen new team members who were added to.

I began my time at Cornerstone without a job title, digging trenches for sprinklers and filling glue cans. In less than a year I progressed into assisting in the management of their 100+ acre vertically integrated nursery and tree farm before becoming the company’s first production specialist. I worked both independently and as a crew leader, installing.

During my work at the Museum I worked in a wide variety of areas, writing and preforming practical demonstrations on various subjects ranging from astrophysics to biology. I was honored to work as one of the few presenters of the state-of-the-art Sunders planetarium, teaching individualized classes and Q&As for groups of anywhere between 2 to 50 people
