-Responsible Engineer for 50T Hydraulic Press to assemble a low-cost electrolyzer that used a novel o-ring-free plastic-to-plastic seal. Press was designed to support over 10 units/hour-Performed all calculations for initial design (stress, strain, deflection), selection of vendor parts, purchasing, fabrication, and assembly of the press and fixtures.-Commissioned press and tested all critical functions using production hardware and fixtures-Created CAD layout, P&ID, IO & Equipment lists, State Table for 50kW Electrolyzer Test Rig-Researched applicable standards for hydraulics, hydrogen systems (ISO, ANSI B11.2, NFPA 2, etc.)-Documented and presented my research to the team at Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR)
