In this position -- I was responsible for accessing and training of all weld set up personnel on all three shifts. I created all of the new operation standards and new process documentation as well as updating existing process documents as needed. In this position -- I was responsible for: developing, testing, and documenting new manufacturing processes. I created all operations standards and process documentation for all of our assembly, welding, robotic mig welding, and shipping work to all of the global plant locations.
