I led a team of 50 local billing, technology and finance professionals, and an offshore team of 200, reporting to the Director of Customer Operations. Key accountabilities included setting the strategic direction and overseeing operations for customer billing, payment and debt collections processes. In this role I led a voice-of-the-customer programme that simplified and digitised the billing and payment journey resulting in 30% less customer contact and halving of complaints.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and the Board Audit Committee I was responsible for developing and maintaining company risk management processes as well as leading the Internal Audit, Fraud and Law Enforcement Liaison teams.
