I have mostly spent my working life within sales most recently with British Gas from August 2013 to August 2019, I was involved in inbound Energy sales calls, inbound Boiler Repair calls which involved upselling, I've done outbound heating upgrade sales and most recently working on the financial side in regards to New Boiler Finance.I have held Admin roles within the travel industry with Travel 2, also my current role as a PPI Data Gatherer working as a contractor for Clydesdale/Yorkshire bank through RFS, both roles involved a high level of computer literacy and problem-solving, also there is a high level of time management and working on your own individual workload and working towards targets. In my previous role i was a contractor for RFS working PPI Data Gathering role for Clydesdale/Yorkshire bank, within this role I was searching and data gathering PPI claims for our investigations team, I had to find and establish what customers have products which may have PPI attached to them, this involves alot of problem-solving, time management and a high attention to detail.
